Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture is a holistic approach to skincare and can help improve complexion, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, improve muscle tone to prevent sagging and decrease puffiness, while simultaneously working to balance the entire body and promote health and wellness.

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture is based on the principles of Chinese Medicine and involves the insertion of hair-thin and virtually painless needles at particular points along meridians to encourage proper circulation, reduce stress and boost the function of all of the organ systems. Each session begins with a review of the client's overall health and cosmetic goals. A customized combination of points on the body as well as face, head and neck are used to increase blood flow, promote collagen production, encourage lymph drainage, and release tight muscles that cause wrinkles, resulting in a brighter, smoother and lifted complexion. Many clients also report a reduction in issues like TMJ/Jaw tension, headaches and sinus congestion.

Following the acupuncture treatment, a combination of scalp massage, facial cupping and Jade gua sha is used to help sculpt, lift and smooth the jaw line, nasal labial folds, forehead and under-eye areas to reduce congestion, sagging, puffiness and and dullness.

Most clients notice a more defined jawline and cheekbones, lifted brows and brighter complexion after just one session, but for more lasting effects 10-12 weekly sessions is recommended.

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture is incredibly gentle and relaxing, offers a safe, natural and effective alternative to conventional anti-aging procedures like Botox and fillers, and has the added bonus of boosting overall health.

It is recommended that you wait at least 3 months after Botox injections before receiving Facial Acupuncture. Some medical conditions are contraindicated, so please email Sarah before booking your appointment if you have an medical issues.
